These general Terms of Service supplement but do not replace individual Service Agreements.
Client Responsibilities

Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of cybersecurity work. Both parties commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding:

- Our Methodologies: Testing techniques, tools, and proprietary processes
- Assessment Results: Findings and reports (unless disclosure is agreed upon)
- Proprietary Information: Any confidential information shared during our engagement
Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to our proprietary methodologies, tools, and techniques. You receive a limited license to use our deliverables for internal security purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability cannot exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement
- Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for damages caused by third parties or system failures
- Scope Limitation: Liability is limited to services explicitly defined in our Service Agreement
Indemnification

Service Commitments

Termination

- Payment: All outstanding fees become immediately due
- Confidentiality: Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
- Materials: Client materials will be returned or securely destroyed
- Billing: Partial work will be billed proportionally
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Legal Compliance
Our services are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services if required by law or if continued service would violate legal requirements.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through:

Terms Updates
